Osprey Quay: Easter activities!

Today the lovely Debbie Lindoe, who is the Community Champion at Tesco came in and brought us some fun Easter Activities to do. We tasted and smelt some ingredients used to make hot cross buns and decorated Easter Eggs!

In Reception we started on our topic of Easter today. We have been decorating patterns on eggs, and Mrs Day has been helping us to make Easter Chicks...

Osprey Quay: Penn Week

We've had a fun-packed week in Early Years this week!

In Maths we have been learning about weight and time. Here is one of our class being some "human scales"...

We have been catching ducks with letters on the bottom to help us with our letter sounds.

Some of us have been practising writing words on the tables...

In Music Mrs Fryer came and got us all to dance like chickens. Mr Page's chicken impression was definitely the best!!

On Thursday we had two scrummy treats during our day- a continental breakfast in the morning for those of us who scootered in...

And in the afternoon we bought cakes for part of Penn Week.

Friday was Comic Relief so we all wore red clothes and brought in our red noses. Here is Mrs Milverton's class pulling their best funny faces for you!!!
